At Zera Haus, my goal is to provide every client with the best experience possible. To ensure fairness and efficiency for everyone, please review the following

Cancellation, Deposit & Appointment Policy

before booking your appointment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

  • 72-Hour Notice (All Clients): Cancel or reschedule at least 72 hours before your appointment to avoid fees.

  • Members: Must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Within 24-72 Hours: A 50% fee of your scheduled services will be charged.

  • Less Than 24 Hours: A 100% fee of your scheduled services will be charged.

Example: If your appointment is scheduled for Friday at 2 PM:

  • Canceling on Tuesday before 2 PM: No fee.

  • Canceling on Thursday at 3 PM: 50% of the service total will be charged.

  • Canceling on Friday morning or missing the appointment: 100% of the service total will be charged.

Service Adjustments During Appointments

Changes to your booked services during your appointment (e.g., deciding to remove a service) will result in a 50% charge for the canceled services.

Example: If you booked legs, Brazilian, and underarms but decide at your appointment to only get a Brazilian, you’ll still be charged 50% of the canceled legs and underarms services.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late and there isn’t enough time to complete all your booked services, you’ll still be charged

in full for the original services scheduled.

Deposit Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable and transferable once to another appointment within 30 days of the original appointment date.

  • To transfer your deposit, rescheduling must occur at least 48 hours in advance

  • In-Person Rebooking: No deposit is needed; a card will be securely held on file for future bookings.

  • Online or Contact-Based Rebooking: A deposit is required to secure your appointment.

Example: If your appointment was scheduled for January 10th but you reschedule on January 7th, your deposit can transfer to your new appointment anytime before February 9th.

No-Shows & Outstanding Balances

  • No-shows will not be allowed to rebook future appointments.

  • All outstanding balances must be cleared before booking any future services.

Last-minute cancellations, no-shows, and service adjustments significantly impact both my schedule and other clients who could have filled that appointment time. These policies allow me to prepare fully for your appointment and provide the high-quality care and experience you deserve.
